Calling all fans of authentic Hong Kong-style cafe cuisine! The wildly popular Keming Bing Sat cha chaan teng is finally making its Singapore debut at Plaza Singapura in late May, marking the brand's first venture into our local food scene.
Since bursting onto the Hong Kong dining scene in 2019, Keming Bing Sat has taken the culinary world by storm, expanding to an impressive 140 outlets across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Their meteoric rise isn't just about numbers - their roast meats have earned the prestigious designation as a Traditional Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Dish from the China Dining Industry Association.
The chain's signature char siew rice has achieved legendary status, with market research firm Frost & Sullivan crowning it as China's 'No.1 Best-Selling Char Siew Rice' based on staggering sales figures - over 3.3 million portions sold nationwide between April 2024 and March 2026 alone!
Singaporean diners can look forward to savoring this masterpiece created by a Hong Kong roast meat master with four decades of experience. The dish features perfectly caramelized barbecue pork paired with two delicate soft-fried eggs atop premium Wuchang rice, all brought together by a secret sauce crafted from 23 special ingredients.
The beverage menu promises Instagram-worthy moments with their viral Little Bear drinks - both the Iced Lemon Tea and Hong Kong Milk Tea come crowned with adorable frozen bear-shaped ice cubes that took social media by storm back in 2019.
Save room for dessert because Keming Bing Sat reinvents classic treats with creations like their decadent Lava Oreo Toast or Happiness Lava Egg Waffles - creative twists on traditional Hong Kong egg waffles that will satisfy any sweet tooth.
